Just west of Madison, Middleton is one of the area's most desirable neighborhoods, largely because of the fact that in 2007, Money Magazine dubbed it the best place to live in the United States. In 2009, that ranking went down to #4, but still pretty impressive. Middleton has something for every budget and boasts the highly regarded Middleton School District.
